Our operations review provides valuable insight into each key operational area. The review looks at these areas in terms of both quality of lifestyle and cost effectiveness. A Zielinski Ministry Services’ operations review is designed and customized for the individual facility under study. Each review documents and recommends improvements and enhancements to the operations of the facility as they relate to the mission and purpose of the community or organization. Specific objectives for each study are outlined and defined in collaboration with the community’s or organization’s leadership. Objectives can include: identify operational and management issues that could be enhanced, make specific recommendations, and provide consultation that will support future decisions regarding the operations and organizational structure of the facility under study. We review the findings with you at the completion of the process, and a summary is presented. You also receive a detailed report covering each operational area and issue.
